- 2 tablespoons of Moksa Green power
- 0.5 l water
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon linseed oil
- 2 slices of lemon
- 1 apple, banana or pear.
The recipe can be varied and expanded as you like it ,according to your taste.
To be recommenden to drink at least 300 ml of shake daily before breakfast.
It can be stored in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. If the smoothie get thickened it can be diluted with warm or cold water.
